Went out yesterday Feb 19th.. with Marchell

Came across this King snake, thanks to savage for his identification. 

Her pink boots had mildew in them so we had to get a new pair.



But she was steadily going, almost upset when I said we gotta go. She had fun and got some gold..

She told me I better not post that picture.. I told her ya don't have to dress up to go gold mining..



This is her gold for a few mins, but we kicked rocks and went out to a different place. I had her trooper and it was time to test the 4x4 action on the way to the waterfall.




This is where we found the snake.. But she found a clear crystal rock and I found a rock with quartz, real heavy, and then it had a white layer on top of the quartz..

Looks like a fun trip. Very surprised the snake was out already.
