Well after last weekends testing, it really didn't take much arm twisting to get my good friend Tom and his son Billy out to do some digging.
We had to clear an old 4-wheeler trail from fallen trees and clear some underbrush to the get to the hole with what we were using.
Like I have said before this is completely owned private property with a valid licensed mining permit as a commercial mine.
That said we brought in some better digging equipment to get the main channel opened up and most the overburden moved out of the way for further exploration of the gravel layer.
Now for some fun pics, we definitely had a fun day.
