This is the first pick of the season. Only have 4 plants and learning from that. These are the thornless variety bought from Home Depot 3 years ago. Might get enough for a pie in a few more days as the rest of them ripen. Sure are whoppers.

You've got way more berries than I have. It'll be a couple years before I've got that many. It seemed like just yesterday mine were red too, then I looked this morning and there they were, ready to pick. It'll be about 10, 12 days before they're all finished. Took a second look at your berries and see that they've got thorns. Are they a wild breed that you cultivated?
Beautiful grapes you've got there, and those figs are looking good also. What kind of grapes are they. All that grow around here are scupperdines. Might plant me a fig tree some day, but I don't need to because a friend has a monster fig tree. His wife makes a great fig jam.

I bought those grape vines for a buck a piece at lowes 4 years ago, they didn't have tags on them, but they taste just like scupperdines to me. I want to try to make some wine with them this year.
The berries are a wild patch about 50' x 20'
