4" at my house Friday night. It was 2 hours of intense hard rain pumped straight off Lake Norman!
With all the rain coming and going... now is the time to do land improvement. Open up access, trim brush, etc. Also, check out new locations!

I was wondering if the rest of the state was getting hit like the beach area, now I know. We've had thunder storms come and go since mid afternoon yesterday. I'm hearing thunder in the distance still at 5:00 AM
Best looking corn and tobacco I've seen growing in several years.

The Columbia SC area is getting lots of rain also Bob.The creeks look like rivers, and the rivers look scary in spots. I usually complain about my grass burning up by this time of year. Now I'm complaining about it needing cut every 5 or 6 days.

Yeah, my grass needing cut keeps me awake at night We've got a full day of this crap with no break in sight. I went beach detecting for about an hour this morning in a light rain and strong winds out of the south. This weeks forcast is a 5 day carbon copy of today.
