Guys i am curious on the rules or rights for instance if you have premission from one land owner and the owner on the other side of the creek comes down and says he dosent want you there? Or once you are in the water and you wsnt to go up stream or down can you?

Joe It depends on land lines most of the time the middle of the creek is that line so stay on your side. As far as up or down stream again stay with in the land owner lines. Hope this helps

It is best to check the GIS for the property lines. This is not always the real lines but they are close. If the line is the middle of the creek go ask both owners. If one say no then its no. If both say yes then you are good to go. If one owner says yes and the other says no and you go... it can caused neighbors problems between them and that is never good. It is hard to find property that will give you access as it is and to find a land owner that owns both sides of the creek is rare that will give you access.
