hello everyone... my name is phil and i live in waynesville,nc. kinda new to the game. just bought some equipment and have been to a few of the pay and play spots to learn what i can.. hopefully get to know/meet a few of you fellow yellow crazies.

Howdy welcome to the forum i dont know the area around waynesville or how much gold is there but according to my map there was a gold mine outside of hendersonville on highway 280 near holly springs. Other than that gem quality rocks might be worth looking into as well.

name sounds a bit familiar but not sure... where do they work?. as for gold in haywood county they say there is none but were gem rich up here.. i do have a Gold Hog mini excavator highbanker.. when it warms up itd be nice to go a few places with u guys and see how it does....  |
