Ok, I see there are alot of new prospectors out here. I see some confusion taking place about the advanced prospecting party and so forth.
Carolina Gold is going to start running trips into uwharrie NF.
Carolina Gold will start taking new / old prospectors into a gold rich area so everyone can leave with some type of gold.
I want to be able to teach new prospectors about the gold and so forth, so we will probably be meeting up a few times a month to go prospecting so you can get your wits about where to look for gold and how to pan.
So pay attention the board for further dates down the line for Carolina Gold outings.
We always meet @ 9 am unless deemed earlier.

mainly weekends saturday, sunday but sometimes we do go out during the week.

Too cold? it was 19 degrees when me shadow and mark went about 2 weeks ago i didnt even know if i had any fingers left untill i thawed them out with a fire. Now that i think about it i have no idea why i was in a creek that day.

Hell the first day you got me out in unf with you and savage it was 34 and raining, and as ure mentioned above we went out in 20 degree a few weeks ago

I went out by myself last year the day after it snowed I was breaking ice in the creek .
